Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

As a Team Leader, some duties will include: - Completing regular support visits and care certificate observations with care professionals
- Regularly complete ‘well-being’ checks with new staff to ensure they feel supported in their roles
- Evidence and always promote best practice and become the person the care professionals approach for support
- Regularly identify and celebrate care professionals and signpost to marketing (birthdays, work anniversaries, care certificates, heart of gold awards)
- Meet with care professionals for supervisions and appraisals
The role will include participating in on call duties (one weekend in four) with a day off in lieu during the following week.
For this Team Leaders role we require someone with at least a NVQ level 2 in care, someone with care experience and some supervision experience. Applications will be considered from Senior Support Workers, Field Care Supervisors and Section Managers from a care setting
