The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a high-quality care service, ensuring the well-being and safety of all service users
- Developing the team through effective recruitment, training, and succession planning
- Managing a team of c 15 staff including a care supervisor and care manager
The ideal person for this Registered Manager role will have, or be able to demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a care team within a similar environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and families
- Ability to make well-informed decisions, with a solution-focused approach
- Financial acumen, with experience of managing budgets and resources effectively
A salary of up to £32k per annum is on offer alongside ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment. There will also be a bonus scheme in place
