We are seeking a Registered Manager for a leading provider of supported living services for people with Learning Disabilities in Hertfordshire. Providing over 3500 hours of care across several properties in Hertfordshire.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring CQC compliance
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service
- Conducting care plans
- Liaising with healthcare professionals
- Managing Team Leaders
- Managing the scheduling team
The ideal candidate should have:
- A proven track record as a manager or a very strong Deputy Manager
- Some experience with people who have learning disabilities
- Ideally NVQ level 5
- A domiciliary care background or experience in supported living
