Responsibilities:
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure the service maintains a high standard of care
- Ensure CQC regulations are met
- Recruit, develop and manage staff
- Grow the service through the promotion of dementia specialty.
To qualify for the Registered Managers role you must have the following:
- Experience of managing and growing a domiciliary care service
- NVQ level 5 qualification
- Ability to look at things strategically and operationally
- Clean DBS
- Full driving license
As a Registered Manager you will be offered the following:
- Salary range of £40,000 to £45,000

We are a domiciliary care service provider specializing in dementia care across West Sussex. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care to our clients, and we are looking for a Registered Manager who can help us continue to deliver this level of service. We currently have 800 hours of care per week and are looking to grow this considerably over the next year, having spent 10 months in getting the service compliant and to a high standard.
