As the Registered Manager for this new service, you will be very hands on. Key tasks include:
- Recruiting care workers
- Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
- Growing the hours of care through promoting the service and capability both with local authorities and private individuals
- Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
As the Registered Manager you will need experience as a Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting. In addition you should have:
- NVQ level 5 in Leadership
- Previous experience in domiciliary care
- Good knowledge of the Worcester location
- Clean and up to date DBS
