The Role
As a recruiter you will be responsible for the attraction and assessment of carers, with the intention to increase the net number of carers each month. Key tasks include:
- Advertising the roles online
- Processing applications and updating the IT systems
- Filtering applications and interviewing potential care workers
- Chasing references and completing compliance
- Attending careers fairs and schools to promote care within the company.
- Hosting coffee mornings with new starters to ensure all is progressing well.
This role would suit someone who is naturally positive, a good communicator who naturally likes to talk to people. A high level of attention to detail is also important as is following a process. Some administration or recruitment experience would help, but these are things that can be taught, so that natural relationship builder is who we are looking for.
