Responsibilities:
As Multi-Site Care Manager you will be responsible for the following: - Coordinate the development of a high-quality private domiciliary care service for older people in the local areas.
- Raise awareness of our services through networking in the local communities.
- Promote the highest standards of care and service to clients.
- Handle new client enquiries and convert them into active clients.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Multi-Site Care Manager, you must have: - Extensive care experience with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Proven experience in leading, training, and managing a team to provide high-quality domiciliary care services.
- Have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of care regulations.
You will need to be commutable to Godalming and Woking as the services cover both these areas, so a Driving License is essential. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30.
