Responsibilities:
As a Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and managing CAREGiver schedules to ensure all client calls are covered
- Ensuring excellent communication with clients and CAREGivers
- Coordinating and maintaining monthly client schedules
- Participating in the recruitment process and maximising the retention of CAREGivers
- Providing care as and when required
- Participating in the on-call rota and ensuring timely follow-up
Requirements:
