The Package

The Role
• As our Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the residential home and its staff. Your duties will include conducting supervisions, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, handling financials, and providing care for our service users. You'll also be responsible for conducting risk assessments and liaising with families and local authorities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and previous experience of managing a residential home. We're looking for someone who has the ability to improve our CQC rating and who is dedicated to providing the best care possible for our residents.
We are a residential old people's home based in Coventry, specializing in dementia care. We have 34 beds and are committed to providing a safe, caring, and supportive environment for our residents.
