The Registered Manager will report to the Director
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to all service users
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, including marketing, networking, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Ensure that the service meets all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards
- Manage the recruitment and training of staff, ensuring that all staff members are appropriately trained and qualified to deliver care
- Manage the financial performance of the service, ensuring that targets are met and budgets are adhered to
- Lead and manage the team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and delivering a high standard of care
The ideal person for the Registered Manager role will have: - Experience managing, or acting as a deputy, within a domiciliary care service, with a focus on business growth and development
- Experience managing a team of care workers
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
