Location: East Anglia
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus £3500 car allowance

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all homes plan excellent person-centred support
- Manage the adult provisions and lead the Registered Managers
- Implement agreed service delivery models and support and care planning
- Plan cost-effective deployment of competent staff
- Promote independence and involvement of individuals in their day-to-day life
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in Learning Disabilities
- Conduct regular review of each home's action plan
- Implement and monitor operational and contractual performance requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in an adult residential setting
- Recent professional development in learning disabilities/autism
- Knowledge of The Care Act (2014), CQC fundamental standards, Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE), and additional legislation
- Flexible and adaptable leadership style
- Demonstrates a person-centred approach to customer service
- Experience in managing budgets and financial systems
